Eureka Software ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Eureka Lift workout tracking mobile application.

None. Eureka Software does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or workout data on external servers. All data remains on your device.

• Workout Data: Exercise names, weights, repetitions, sets, and workout timestamps
• Workout Plans: Custom workout plan names and exercise configurations
• User Preferences: Weight units (lbs/kg) and other app settings

• Personal Identification: We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location Data: We do not access or store your location information
• Health Data: We only write workout data to Apple Health (if you grant permission). We do not read any data from Apple Health or other health databases
• Analytics: We do not use analytics services or tracking technologies
• Advertising Data: We do not collect data for advertising purposes

How Eureka Lift Uses Your Information

Your workout data is used solely to:

• Display your workout history and progress
• Provide exercise defaults based on your previous lifts
• Export/import your data for backup purposes

Local Storage

• All your workout data is stored locally on your device
• Data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device
• No workout data is transmitted to external servers
• No cloud storage or remote backups are created automatically

Data Export/Import

• You can manually export your data as a backup file
• Export files contain only your workout data in JSON format
• Import/export is entirely under your control
• Export files may be shared via standard iOS sharing mechanisms (email, file sharing, etc.)

Security Measures

• Data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• No network transmission of personal workout data
• App follows iOS security best practices for local data storage

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except:

• When you explicitly choose to export and share your own data

Data Retention

• Your workout data remains on your device until you delete it
• Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data

Apple App Store

This app is distributed through the Apple App Store, which has its own privacy policy and terms of service.

No Analytics or Advertising

• We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar services
